On Paper Revisions
For some accepted papers, we do not provide guided revision suggestions. Authors may decide on their own whether to make revisions. Paper typesetting will commence after the submission deadline for revised manuscripts. For papers without revised versions submitted, the original files will be used directly.
Registration Fee and Charge Recipients
Specific information regarding the BHS conference registration fee will normally be released in the Second Conference Announcement.
Fee‑paying participants include regular attendees and authors of papers accepted for the proceedings (including authors invited to give presentations in parallel sessions).
Benefits for Registered Participants
Participants who have completed registration‑fee payment will receive a conference kit upon check‑in. One conference kit is assigned to one individual under one valid registration fee payment.
The kit contains the conference proceedings, conference handbook, lunch and dinner vouchers for the conference dates, and other items.
Those who have not paid the registration fee are not entitled to conference materials and shall cover all meals during the conference. We appreciate your understanding.
Transportation, Accommodation and Meals
Transportation and accommodation shall be at the personal expense of regular attendees and authors of papers accepted for the proceedings (including authors invited to give presentations in parallel sessions).
Please arrange your travel schedule and book hotels well in advance. Recommended hotels close to the conference venue are available at: https://icobhs.tongji.edu.cn/info/1107/1225.htm
Conference Proceedings
The conference proceedings are an informal publication and are available only to invited guests and registered conference participants.
Authors whose papers are included in the proceedings may send an email to info@icobhs.com after the conference to request supporting documentation if needed,
including the acceptance letter, the PDF file of the proceedings cover, table of contents, and the page‑range of your individual paper.
